EPC's and Retrofit Assessments

We provide both Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Retrofit Assessments to help homeowners, landlords, and property professionals understand and improve the energy efficiency of their homes.
An EPC assesses the current energy performance of a property, rating it from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It is a legal requirement when selling or renting a property and is valid for 10 years. The assessment considers elements such as insulation, heating systems, windows, and lighting, and provides clear recommendations to improve energy efficiency, reduce running costs, and lower carbon emissions.

For existing and retrofit projects, background ventilation testing confirms that ventilation levels remain appropriate after energy efficiency improvements, helping prevent issues such as condensation, damp, and poor air quality.

Air Permeability Testing
